In the sea of wines that exist in the market place, sometimes it seems impossible to find those special wines that make you stop and think ‘What a fabulous wine’.
The Trinders Cabernet Merlot is one such wine. In a blind tasting recently of hundreds of wines, it stood up and caught my attention.
It is a wine of great expression. The fleshy mid palate is filled with ripe red berry flavours and the tannins are pleasantly drying. It is a very even and well balanced wine that is a sheer delight to drink.
