Mistletoe is a small Hunter winery that produces fabulous wines. Their winemaker is Nick Paterson and he certainly has the ability to emphasise flavour without compromising on balance.
Their 2007 Chardonnay is a delight to drink. The lemon and cream flavours are bright and cheerful and the flavours linger well after swallowing. It will suit both casual and formal dining and can be paired with a wide range of foods.
