Paracombe Sauvignon Blanc

Adelaide Hills, SA

Paracombe Sauvignon Blanc

I love this time of year when the new vintage whites find their way into the market place. One of the first to grace my palate is the lovely Paracombe Sauvignon Blanc from the Adelaide Hills in South Australia

This is a clean, fresh lively wine with intense white nectarine fruit flavours. There is also a strong lemon vein and a hint of attractive herbaceousness. I love the grassy palate and the fresh finish.

If you are heading north to escape the winter, pack a couple of bottles of this delightful wine and seek out the freshest crab you can find.

Available from fine wine stores or contact the winery to order direct.

Price $21
