Mailing lists and spreadsheets of Wine Diva data can be supplied under licence on request for a small fee - see below for details.

The information on this site is protected by copyright and other trade laws. You must seek written permission from Wine Diva if you wish to reproduce, distribute and/or commercialise the information on this site.

Who can purchase mailing lists

Any organisation or individual that wishes to promote a product or service which is related to the wine industry may ask to purchase a mailing list under licence.

Example: We will provide a spreadsheet of wine educator names and addresses to a publisher of a textbook on winemaking who buys a mailing list under licence from us so they can promote the book.

How mailing lists may be used

Wine Diva mailing lists licences can be used over a three-month period:

• once for mailing labels in the three-month period
• once for an email broadcast in the three-month period
• once for telephone contact per list item during the three-month period.
• once for fax contact per list item during the three-month period.

In summary, a Wine Diva mailing list is purchased under a three-month licence which gives the purchaser the right to use it for one mailout, one email broadcast and one phone-around. At the end of three months the licence lapses and the purchaser cannot use the list.

A 12-month licence pack may also be purchased, with updated spreadsheets emailed out to you each quarter. The 12-month licence pack is 4 three-month licences. This offers a substantial discount of 25% over the 12 months, and the updates will be emailed out without you having to reorder.

Available formats

Mailing lists can be supplied as either an Excel spreadsheet or a Word table. Each item on the list includes organisation name, address, town, postcode, phone number, email (if any), web address (if any) and wine region (if any).

We save files as backwards-compatible versions so that they can be opened by any version of Word or Excel from1995 onwards. Many other programs are also capable of reading these formats. If all else fails, we can send tab-delimited text files.

How to order

To order, simply email us and which list you would like to order and which price (3 months or 12 months). Please include your name, organisation, position, phone, fax, address for invoicing, and say whether you would prefer an Excel spreadsheet or a Word table. The list will be emailed to you in the format requested within three working days. For urgent orders needed within 24 hours, please phone (02) 4285 7199. We'll do our best to meet your deadline.

Who can't order a Wine Diva mailing list?

We don't sell mailing lists if the product or service is not related to the wine industry. This is to protect the industry from unwanted and/or irrelevant advertising. It also prevents our lists from over-use. It is not a judgment of your product or service, which may be excellent.

Example: We would refuse permission for our site to be used to generate mailing lists for an investment adviser, as the service offered is not wine-industry related.

Can I just use Wine Diva to create mailing lists myself?

No. You can't retype, republish or cut and paste our information. All information on Wine Diva is © copyright and protected by intellectual property and other trade laws. You must seek written permission from Wine Diva if you wish to reproduce, distribute and/or commercialise the information on this site. This site cannot be used to generate mailing lists, email lists or phone lists without permission.

Each section of Wine Diva contains some coded items, so that we will know if our copyright has been infringed.
