Debbie Lauritz of Cumulus Estate Wines and Francisco Antunes from Portugal have handcrafted the Luna Rosa - a combination of 40% Cabernet, 20% Grenache and 20% Mourvedre with a touch Orange Chardonnay. Each parcel of fruit for this rose was picked under the cool light of the moon, hence the name ‘Luna Rosa'.

A gentle swirl reveals beautiful aromas of fresh herbs and gooseberry. There's honey dew on the front palate, subtle creaminess in the middle and fresh passionfruit on the finish. Uniquely some of the juice was fermented in oak, giving an extra level of complexity.
The nose has lifted strawberries with complex creamy characters. The palate is medium bodied with rich, sweet roasted nuts characters. Combined with the great sugar-acid balance this wine finishes long with clean toasty flavours.

This Pink Moscato perfectly captures the natural fruity and spicy aroma and flavour of the Muscat grape. Just 6% alc but full of raspberries and apples with exotic musk undertones. A light spritz and natural berry sugars enrich the wine, with a refreshing finish making it a moorish rose.
