The original Nepenthe was described in Homer's The Odyssey as an ancient herbal drink so powerful that it eases grief and banishes sorrow. The modern day Nepenthe is located in the beautiful Adelaide Hills; here we make a range of wines, both well known cool climate varieties and innovative styles that are new to the region. Our flagship wine is our Sauvignon Blanc, other varietals include Pinot Gris, Tempranillo, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Zinfandel and Shiraz.
